Hello Howard, The wax motor is activated by 120Vac. You should disconnect the wax motor to check for the voltage. If it still reads 2.3 volts, the harness should be checked and the output from the board verified. If the reading is 120Vac, replace the harness. If the voltage is not 120Vac from the board, replace the board.

Hello. During each wash program, the wax motor opens twice, once to dispense detergent and again to dispense rinse-aid. The wax motor opens the same -- linkages open the detergent door & operate the rinse-aid dosage plunger. Dispensers can have reed switches or optical rinse-aid sensors.

Steve, Bosch does not have a cycle chart available to determine at what cycle the unit is in at any given point. The door not opening could also be an issue of the units dispenser being faulty and you would have to check to see if the control is sending power to the dispenser to determine if it is the board or the dispenser.

Hello Dan. The only options you have is to either place the soap into the bottom of the unit at the start of the wash cycle, or replace the dishwasher unless you can find a used control or have your old control repaired. The contorl 00647474 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

Hello Boris. If you applied power to the actuator 00166635, it takes it about 2 minutes to move. If it does not, it will need to be replaced. You can also test for power coming to the actuator. If there is power there, then it is bad. Hope this helps.
