Hello Steve. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.

Hi. Remove the soap dispenser and fabric softener cap out of the dispenser assy. See if the siphon holes are clogged. If so keep these clean regularly to keep the water flowing. Make sure the drawer is closed fully before operation. Inspect the drawer cap to see if it is clipped tight. If all of this is OK then replace a leaking dispenser part # 00363186. Thank You.

Hello Robert, This is most likely a water valve issue. The unit fills with a mixture of temperatures of water during the wash cycle but fills with cold only on the rinse. For this reason, it is a reasonable assumption that the cold water valve screen is stopped up or the cold water inlet valve 10031360 has failed.

Hi Rory. It sounds like you may need a water valve part # 10031360 as well as the main control board part # 00481304. If the cold water valvew has become plugged then the hot will obviously only work. The main control board is considered the brains and if it keeps on reunning then it is time to change it as well. Thank You.

Hi Trickett. It only has 1 elect. plug hook up. And in order for the control panel buttons to work, it should line up exactly like your old one. They may have modified it or assigned it a revision #. These changes are always considered an update and occur frequently in the manufacturing process to advance the internal circuitry. Thank you.

Hello Gloria. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the motor assembly. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor 00142197. If there is no power there, you may need to replace the control module 00481304. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Hello Donald. Does the control panel light up and allow you to enter cycles without it going into one? Or is it completely dead?
