2 Answers If the flex connector is faulty, is there a replacement part number for that? Thanks again. What I meant was to check the connection of the flex. Read More...
Tu Tran May 09, 2020 for Model Number HGI805UC/06 Hello - After a power outage, Bosch Oven model HGI8054UC/06 showed Error E310. Made a beeping sound and stopped it by pressing clear. Turned off breakers for 30 mins as advised by Bosch but didn’t work. We replaced the display/control module part 00758968 and still get E310 error, but this time with no beeping sound. Or is there a service code we must enter? Bosch documentation says could also be “User Interface” but don’t see that in the schematic. Can you advise? Thanks!
1 Answer Tu Tran, The user interface for this unit would be the control panel which is part number 11005330. Read More...
Mrkean April 21, 2020 for Model Number HEI8054C/03 Bosch For no apparent reason, the front panel of our Bosch Hei8054C/03 ceased to display anything. The touch panel appears to function normally, and the oven still works if you know the steps, and it still makes all the appropriate beeps and bells as expected. Can you recommend the parts and how to? Much appreciated.

Gagul February 19, 2020 for Model Number HEI8054U/07 Hi, I have a Bosch HEI8054U/07. Recently we have couple of outages and after one of them display showed Call Bosch message. We ignored it, cause display cleaned itself and everything was working just fine. Couple of days ago display went complete blank, however cook top and oven still operate as suppose to, just clock or temperature don't show or bleep. Any suggestions? thanks in advance
1 Answer Hello Gagul, the main control board 12026566 was affected by the power outages, it powers the display board. Read More...
Dave February 08, 2020 for Model Number HEI8054U/03 It’s Dave again. Bought and successfully installed the display control module as you advised, and display now works properly. However, when the oven door opens, the steam is still causing it to short out and malfunction. It causes (both the old and the new display control module) to switch itself to Convection mode as if that button had been pressed, and then after a few moments it beeps and shows the “call this number” message. After a few moments more when the steam is evaporated it functions as normal again. What could be causing steam from the oven to be shorting the display control panel consistently after about 4-5 years of problem-free use?
1 Answer Dave, Check to make sure that when the unit is operational that the cooling fan is operational. If it is not then this would cause the control to not operate properly. Read More...
Dave January 25, 2020 for Model Number HEI8054/03 I had a tech come out to look at my Bosch 800 Series Electric Slide-In, model HEI8054/03. The display started shorting out due to steam coming out out of the oven when the oven door was opened. For awhile the buttons on the touch pad still worked and we could control the oven functions, the display was just blank. Now the touch pad is not functioning. The tech says the display control board needs to be replaced, as well as another power control board, which he says is located under the glass cooktop. However I can not find any evidence that there is any other control board in this appliance. Also, the stovetop still works fine, and the light bulb in the oven is illuminated, so I am doubting that there is something beyond the display control board that needs to be replaced. Please advise? Thank you!
1 Answer Dave, The other control that the tech would have been talking about would be the control module 12026566. Based on the touchpad not working and there is an issue with the display, the control module would not be the issue. The DIsplay would be what is needed. Read More...
