Hello Adriel, Discontinue the power supply to the unit and pull it out from the wall so you can get back there. Remove the screws from the rear control panel cover. Be sure to be careful of the sharp edges! Wear gloves if you have them. Remove the screws securing the assembly in the control panel and allow it to hang by the wires. Get the new board and hold it next to the old one. Remove the first wire and install it on the new board. Remove the next wire and install it on the new board. Continue in this fashion until all of the wires have been transferred to the new board. Peel off the overlay carefully as you need to reuse it. Reinstall the screws that secure the assembly in the control panel. Reinstall the control panel rear cover and re-establish the power supply. Once the unit has been tested, the unit can be moved back into place and you're done.

Hi. Without the correct model and the serial (FD)# then all I can find is E:13 code. Maximum drying time exceeded. Check heater, control module, NTC's & high limit. Usually faulty heater. Can also be overloaded dryer. Clean the Entire vent system and hood outside. Use a volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1 to assist you in your diagnostics. It will be advantageous to find the supplied tech sheet inside the cabinet to aid you in the diagnosis. It allows you to put the unit in a diagnostic mode which brings up fault codes and tells you which circuit needs assistance. Thank You.

Hi. Remove the 15 pin ohms or more than connection at the back of the electronic control. Ohm the plug wires at pin # 14 and 15 and if the resistance is less then 800 ohms or more then 3000 ohms, replace the sensor part # 316217002. If not then check all the wire connections from to the clock to the sensor. If all these are tight and good (not opened or shorted) then replace the clock part # 316418735. Thank you.

Hello Cassie, The manufacturers' recommendation on this is as follows: F 13 - (1) Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power. (2) If fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC. I would post a part number for you but this is impossible without a model number.

Hugh for Model Number PLES389ECE

We recently had the dual control element (Part Number: AP3873639) thread break and the control fell into the backguard. It is the inside right side. As it broke the the control for the oven went out. I replaced the dual control element and all four burners are working but the timer/oven is not lighting up. Did we short something? I noticed there is a switch like device with purple wires and a red knob that may have been knocked when the controller fell in. Do you have any suggestions?
