Ali April 12, 2018 for Model Number FFHS2611PFCA Freezer was not defrosting. I changed the thermostat and now it is good. However I'm having problem with circulation in the Fridge. Freezer is working fine, and there is nothing blocking the blower fan 's air path. However the damper does not stay open. Is this a damper thermostat problem, or controller issue?

Ken March 01, 2018 for Model Number FFHS2322MW9 I found the compressor and condenser fan motor off but the evap. fan motor was running inside the box. Suspected control board and changed it but it's still not working. I can't find any power to the condensing unit. Any ideas? Thanks, Ken
