Joseph for Model Number 137005010

Im looking for the control knob for my new control board 137005010 or maybe both control knob and program knob pin cause i just changed a dead control board for my kenmore washer model 41748102700 with the new 137005010 control board and when i put the old program knob on the new board it points to the opposite direction of the cycles and theres just one way to put that knob, so theres got to be a new program knob for the 137005010 board. Any help appreciated.

Joseph, for the model number you supplied the control panel parts needed are: 134347700/134347700 Program Pin, 134415200/134415200 Knob, program, with bushing, and the 137005010/137005010 Control Board, printed circuit, with housing. You may want to recheck and make sure the programming pin is installed properly and not forced into the control 180 dgrs. Thanks,

Katcos, whenever a drum will not turn at all and the door is locked, I suspect a motor or motor control. Disconnect the plug from the motor and measure the resistance of the windings ( pin 1 to pin 2, pin 1 to pin 3, pin 2 to pin 3). All readings should be between 3 and 6 ohms, if not replace the motor. if they are correct, replace the motor control. {AP3891780]

Brian, You will want to access the tech sheet located inside the cabinet of the unit and put the unit into a diagnostic mode. You will want to check to see if there are any stored error codes. If there is an error code then following the instructions for that code.

Jason, With the unit locking the door and not filling or anything else then this issue would most likely be caused by a faulty control board 137005010.

Travis for Model Number kenmore 417 4405 2400

#1. My washer, when started run water for 3 seconds (doesn't matter temp, it'll jus run 3 seconds) then stop. 3 to 4 min. later it will fill for 3 seconds again, then stop. It will do this several times over 20-30 min. I put it to drain and spin and it will start to drain for 3 seconds, then stop. And follow that cycle for 10-20 min. #2 I checked the pump, nothing. Later I tried the cycle again and it would no longer pump water into machine (on normal cycle) OR drain (on drain/spin cycle) it would just click. It would click every 3 to 4 minutes like it wanted to do something but wouldn't. #3 I replaced the control board (part #ap4363774) #4 Now it's back to behaving as it did in #1, working for 3 seconds but stopping. What's wrong??? -Travis

Hello William. Make sure the pump is not clogged and the door lock assembly is good on the unit. Either will cause a no spin issue.
