Annie June 25, 2011 for Model Number LTF2940FEO My Washer will not spin. Error message is E20. I checked the drain hoseand it is not blocked, height seems O.K. A small amount of water comes out hose. It will not go into spin/drain mode. Also will a control board from a GLTF2940 work? I stopped using it because of door rust, now used machine I bought is not working. 1 Answer Hi Annie. The machine will send error code when the machene pump part #137221600 is defective. Replacement is quite involved. I usually try access from the back but it takes alot of time. You also need to make sure the intake hose to the drain pump is clean along with the cup inside the sump hose. Be careful of all the sharp edges. Thank- you. Read More...

Chris March 28, 2011 for Model Number gltf2940es2 When you hit the start key,and it goes to lock door it says err. I think the board is bad because it do not even try to lock, and there is a residue on board.
