Brenda January 17, 2012 for Model Number LTF2940ES2 I keep getting error code E10. The washer will fill...run a few minutes...stop, beep and flash E10. I have cleaned the incoming and outgoing filters and hoses. I can still use the rinse and spin. So I currently wash using the rinse cycle then restart after that cycle and rinse again. Drain and spin still works. None of the other cycles will complete. I don't understand how that can happen. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Bill December 17, 2011 for Model Number gltf2940eso Washer starts fine goes thru all cycles and then when time to go to spin dry the washer goes off with about 8 minutes remaining just stops at 8 minutes timer goes to 0. Door locks up fine for wash cycles control panel ?
1 Answer Hi Bill. A couple things to check for.... Remove the power. Remove the sump hose going from the tub to the pump intake. Inside might be clogged and the pressure switch cannot be satisfied as the pump has emptied ( 8 mins left) . Make sure the pump hoses are not clogged and the impeller is not loose spinning on the shaft. If so the pump is part # 137221600. Check the inlet water valve and make sure the incoming screens are not clogged. It is part # 134371220. Let us know if we can assist you further. Darrell November 28, 2011 for Model Number GLTF2940FS2 The washing machine will start the wash cycle (fill with water), maybe run a minute a two but will then stop, reset itself to the beginning of the cycle, with the start button flashing. When I hit start, nothing happens...it just keeps flashing. I cannot get it to do anything, no matter the setting. I do not get any error code.

Norm September 13, 2011 for Model Number Frigidaire GLTF2940FS1 Washer quit during cycle at some point. Water still in it and it refuses to do anything else except blink the light showing minutes left. It keeps saying LOC (then min. left) as error I guess. It won't go into diagnostic code reading mode. Just keeps reading LOC and door doesn't lock. I replaced the door sw/lock with genuine part. Still the same! What's my probable problem or what do I do at this point?

Doug September 09, 2011 for Model Number GLTF2940ES1 Washer was completely dead. Being an electronics tech, I dove into the control board. Checked a few things, manually fired the relays with a 12v supply, and reassembled it. To my surprise is worked! well not really. It won't pump. No power at the pump when trying to start the drain/spin. In diagnostic mode, when I turn it to the pump/spin (8th or 9th click on the dial), it immediately exits diagnostic mode. Only error was E14 because the reed switch wasn't plugged in the first time I tried to run it.
1 Answer Hi Doug. Do You have any fault codes? Take the air dome hose off the pressure switch and blow into the tub area. Is there any restrictions. Lint or debris will build up and "mis-read" the switch. You can use "Affresh Washer Tablets" monthly to help keep it clean,part # is W10501250. Matthew September 01, 2011 for Model Number ap4358809 My washer when set to any wash cycle and started will only start to fill filling the drum for about 30 seconds then stopping and doing nothing further, this is on all wash settings. I have checked the door lock, cleaned out the drum filter and have gotten no error indications on my screen. I am at the point now where I am all out of ideas, the front control board seems to be fully functional. What else is left that can make the washer act this way? The drum wont spin, and the only way I can get whatever water that the drum seems to recieve is by putting the washing in drain/spin mode and pressing start other than that the washer is completely useless. Shawn August 27, 2011 for Model Number 3152976936 I am getting Error code E-70.. They say it is because the hot and cold water lines are switched but they are not. For some reason the water will not flow thought the water inlet-valve.
1 Answer Hi Shawn. Wait for the unit to beep 7x and then you get the E-70 code. Check the cold water hose for pressure by turning the valve off and putting the hose in a bucket. Has the cold valve been turned off? Check to see if the back of the washer's water valve screen is clogged. You can use a pick tool to remove the screen and clean the rust or the sediment from both screens. It is normal since the hot water side sediment has fallen in the water heater, the cold side will get clogged up in the valve screen. Causing you this problem. Lorie August 25, 2011 for Model Number gltf2940ee My washer will run a cycle, but does not run the spin cycle. It spins during the cycle, but will not do the hi speed spin cycle.
