Hello Dave. Check all the door switches and make sure they are good. If so, you will need to replace the control board on the unit.

Martin, The average timer for a cycle will be 92 minutes. If the unit is operating except drying and heating then check the heating element and connections to make sure that they are good. If that checks ok then check the thermistor for the heater to make sure that it is good. If this checks ok then check the wiring between the control and heater. If the wiring checks ok then the control board would be the issue.

Hello Dave. Control board malfunction. To determine if the control board is malfunctioning, complete the rotary switch test as follows: 1. Power Dishwasher OFF then back ON ( the Washing, Drying and Clean LEDs will flash ON and OFF). 2. Press the Heat Dry, Delay Start and Start/Cancel keys at the same time until all 7 LEDs are flashing ON and OFF. 3. Open the door and all 7 LEDs will stay ON, but will stop flashing. 4. Shut the door and all 7 LEDs will go out. 5. Press the Start/Cancel key ( depending on the position of the Rotary Switch, a specific LED will come on.) 6. Rotary Switch position and corresponding LED indicators: Normal Wash LED above the Heat Dry button Pots and Pans LED under the 2 Light Wash LED under the 4 Upper Rack Washing LED Rinse Only Clean LED With each position of the Rotary Switch, push and pull the knob. If the led stays ON without flashing, go to the next position. If pushing and pulling the knob causes an LED to go out, replace the control.

Hello Linda. Look for loose or bad wiring on the unit. If none is found, then it sounds like the control panel may be bad and need to be replaced.

JS, The length of time that the dishwasher runs for could be caused by a water heating issue so you will want to check the water temp coming into the unit and check the heater circuit to make sure that the heater, thermostat have continuity and that the control is sending power to the heating element. If this checks ok then the control board would most likely be the issue.

My unit will not run at all. When I push the Start/Cancel button (regardless of the cycle selected), the "Washing" light illuminates, but nothing else happens; it will just sit there indefinitely with the light on. If I press Start/Cancel again (to cancel the nonexistent cycle), the light turns off, but it does not attempt to drain either. I've reset the control board by opening the breaker; it has no effect. Running maintenance mode (pressing Heat Dry + Start/Cancel from the rinse-only cycle) has the same issue; the "Washing" indicator lights, then nothing happens. Is it safe to assume this is due to control board failure?

Hello Friar, If the unit will not go into the diagnostic mode, the manufacturer considers the control to be bad. In light of this information, I would say that if the door switches are "making" properly, the control 154712101 will be the issue with your unit.

The wash light is flashing, but no buttons will start the cycle. I cut off power at the circuit board for 30 minutes to allow the command module to reset & all three lights ( Wash Dry & Clean ) are now blinking. After pressing the start/cancel button now the machine starts to wash dishes. but later the Wash light starts blinking again and nothing happens. Now I could purchase a new module from you BUT I can't seem to get the old one out without breaking something.

Edwin, The error code that is displaying now would be a membrane switch failure. Main Control Board has detected a stuck key or a key pressed for more than one minute. Check connection from keypad to Main Control Board. If correct, replace keypad. If error still exist, replace Main Control Board. (Note: washing, drying, and clean s may appear in display when error code is present).

Hello Ron, The run time for this unit will have to be estimated since there are variables such as water temperature the unit fills with, the exact voltage the unit is supplied with, (for heater temperature), whether the heated dry is chosen, etc... The time chart is on the bottom of page 2 of the units' tech sheet. Approximate time for the pots and pans cycle would be about 105 minutes.
