Susan April 22, 2020 for Model Number fef364fsc My right front burner does not come on at all. I saw part of the burner flashing last time I used it. Would I need the whole element or switch only? And what part number? thank you
1 Answer Susan, the switch 316436000 and element 316135401 can be tested to identify which part has failed. With the back panel of the console removed, the switch can be tested for voltage by turning the switch on, placing one meter probe at the terminal H1 and the other probe at the terminal H2. If there is 240VAC, the switch is good and the likely failure is the element. Read More...

But we would recommend you contact a local parts distributor in your area first, and obtain the correct switch for your machine. Thanks, Read More...
