Lex March 27, 2014 for Model Number Kenmore 79095314301 Can you please tell me the part number for the switch for the right front burner? It is the large right front burner.
Doug W. June 20, 2013 for Model Number Frigidaire FEFL79GSA The burner control switch does not reliably regulate the left front burner. It is intermittant. It sometimes stays at full heat in the "mid" position and sometimes does not shut off when in the off position. The switch part number in the stove is 316021501 or QE214312. If there is no direct replacement switch, could you please supply the replacement part number and the correct wire connections if the terminal positions are not identical? Thank you! Doug
1 Answer Hello Doug, This is going to be an issue with the infinite switch (AP5325508). I will have to be replaced. Read More...
Keith J. June 07, 2013 for Model Number RB-131L-CH I have a Frigidaire electric cooktop model number RB-131L-CH (circa 1972). My wife was cooking with it the other night, heard a pop near the heating element controls, and now the red light (that only used to be lit when power was applied to one of the elements) is now continuously on. I inspected the circuit connecting the four heating element switches and saw no obvious damage or disconnection, so I assume something broke in one of the switches. It's anybody's guess whether its the large element switch or the small element switch. While I'd rather stick to switches closer to the original, a universal switch may be wiser in this situation. Do you think the problem here is a bad switch? Could you provide part numbers for the appropriate original switch replacements for the large (switch Model 72713, Style 7521245, 10-11.5A) & small (switch Model 71274, Style 7532999, 4.4-5.5A) as well as the appropriate universal replacement switch? Thanks.
1 Answer Keith, Switch part number 5303935086 is the universal switch kit for both the 6 and 8 inch elements and are the only switches available for your unit. Read More...

Dean May 06, 2013 for Model Number FEF316BSD I need to replace the switches for front left and front right. All I run into are universal switches for these, I am not happy with the construction of these. Where can I find OEM parts that dont have a shaft that needs to be cut? Do they exist? The originals I removed were not universals, they were factory parts.
1 Answer Dean, The infinite switches that you would need to replace are 316436000 for the small element and 316436001 for the large element. Read More...
