Jenny January 15, 2019 This is the third agitator I've ordered for this washer. I do regular loads of towels and blankets being careful not to overload but the fins snap off and leave a jagged edge. I love the large capacity of this machine but is there a heavier duty agitator I can purchase for this thing? I last replaced the agitator in March of last year.
1 Answer Jenny, the agitator that is standard for your unit would be the only part we could recommend due to any part listed on the parts diagram would be the only ones approved for use by the manufacturer. Read More...
Pickles October 27, 2018 for Model Number WJSR2080T5WW I have a GE WJSR2080T5WW washer. Is it possible that this agitator moves the inner tubs and outer tub during agitation? Without the agitator, the inner tub and outer tub remain stationary during the agitation cycle, and the only thing that moves is the inner shaft + agitator coupler. But when I slide the agitator over the coupler, the inner tubs rotates and inch or so back and forth, as does the outer tub. I assume that this puts pressure on the transmission and suspension and such, and it also flexed the plastic of the agitator and the coupler. Could it be that the agitator and coupler that you sell is not designed for this particular washing machine?
1 Answer Pickles, It would be normal for the inner and outer tub to move a little when the agitator is in place and rotating. The agitator for this unit would be WH43X10034. Read More...
Heather August 22, 2018 for Model Number GTWP1800D0WW Is there another agitator asm option other than WH43X25442 for this model washer? The agitator Sam that comes with it has an open bottom on each blade with small towards the base. Frequently (almost every wash), clothing gets stuck underneath and in the hole. Over time the blades have torn and broken off. I’d like to find an Asm that has a different type blade, if possible. Thanks you, Heather
1 Answer Heather, At this time part# WH43X10034 is the only recommended replacement per the manufacturer. Read More...
Paul R February 04, 2018 for Model Number GTWN4250M0WS I ordered this assembly at the beginning of the year and the top part of the agitator assembly (not the softener cup) came off during a wash. I put it back together but it will spin off once it reaches the spin cycle... Is there something that's supposed to keep the lower and upper agitator pieces together? Again, this is not the softner cup... its the upper part of the agitator
1 Answer Paul, For this issue it would be necessary to replace the agitator. This issue would most likely be caused by overloading the unit. Read More...

Charlene November 16, 2016 for Model Number WHSE5240D1WW Is the upper fin section of the agitator assembly AP6004866 supposed to spin freely on the lower part? Thank you.
