J. October 26, 2015 for Model Number JTP13 or JTP14 We have a GE 30" built-in wall oven. Our paperwork says JTP14 and JTP13 for the model number. We're not sure which model the oven is. The bake element burnt out and we're not sure which to order because we do not have the rest of the model number. Any help in finding the correct part would be helpful.

Roy H. October 03, 2015 for Model Number JTP13G0V2BB Have a bake element out of a JTP13G0V2BB. The old part shows a part # of WB44K5018. When I try to cross reference that part with my model oven it shows not compatible. Can you tell me which part would work?
1 Answer Hello Roy, WB44K5018 is the correct part number for the model you provided, JTP13GV2BB. We apologize for the compatibility tool. It is still in work and is still not recognizing all part/model numbers at this time. Until we get it working properly, it should be disregarded. Read More...

Glenn June 06, 2014 for Model Number JT950S0A1SS GE Dual Oven Top oven bake does not heat to temperature nor does broil heat up to glowing red. Bottom oven works great in both.
1 Answer Hello Glenn. Test for power coming from the clock WB27T10287 to the bake element during a bake cycle. If there is no power, replace the clock. If there is power, replace the element. The broil will not glow red during a bake cycle. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
