Linda February 06, 2018 for Model Number WHDRR418G0WW The dial on the cycle selection automatically clicks on when selecting cycle. Ex. I move from off toe medium cycle wash and without pulling the dial out to start the wash, it automatically pops out and starts to fill. The only way to stop it is to advance it to off. My husband replaced the dial but it is still popping on as soon as I lift my hand away. Where is the problem and how do we fix it.

Beth C. July 11, 2017 for Model Number HTDXMZWW Problem is the dryer knob, which is intact. It will only start if I use it on a timed minute cycle. It will not turn on when turned to cotton or wrinkle resistant and must be pressed in even on the minute timing. do you think replacing just the knob will work or does this sound more serious?
