Beth C. July 11, 2017 for Model Number HTDXMZWW Problem is the dryer knob, which is intact. It will only start if I use it on a timed minute cycle. It will not turn on when turned to cotton or wrinkle resistant and must be pressed in even on the minute timing. do you think replacing just the knob will work or does this sound more serious?

1 Answer Hello Wayne. You will want to make sure the door switch and the belt is good on the unit. Either will prevent the unit from running. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
