Connie May 13, 2018 My dryer knob no longer moves when placed on the optimum dry cycle. The dryer works when on this cycle but needs to be shut off manually. I now have to use the timed cycles to dry clothes for automatic shut off. Will a new dryer knob help with this problem?

Linda February 06, 2018 for Model Number WHDRR418G0WW The dial on the cycle selection automatically clicks on when selecting cycle. Ex. I move from off toe medium cycle wash and without pulling the dial out to start the wash, it automatically pops out and starts to fill. The only way to stop it is to advance it to off.
