1 Answer Hello Ed, more than likely the knob WE1M964 has split and will no longer engage the timer shaft. If your knob looks fine, make sure the insert WH01X10106 is inside of it. The timer knob stem is partially broken off from trying to turn timer on with pliers, I may need to purchase the dryer timer also.
