Neil December 25, 2025 for Model Number JGBS30REK2SS Hi, I was seeing if you had the heating/baking element replacement for this model in stock? Thank you. I couldn't find it on your website.
1 Answer Neil, This unit is a gas range and will not have a heating element. There is the igniter WB13X40208, bake burner WB16X20253, and oven safety valve WB21X26605. You will need to determine which part has failed if the oven is not heating. If all of these are good then this will be a faulty control board. Read More...

Richard December 12, 2023 for Model Number JBP26GS1WH I took out the old oven bake element without noticing where the two black and one yellow wire connect to the two leads. Now that I have replacement part WB44X5082 I see apparently conflicting answers on your website to questions asking how to reconnect. One says two black on one and yellow on the other; one says one black and one yellow on one and the other black on the other. One says be sure not to cross the wires. Now I am confused and a little intimidated. Can you help?
1 Answer Richard, the yellow wire would go onto its own terminal while the two black wires would go onto the same terminal for the model number provided. Read More...
