The one in the refrigerator sections would be located under a cover on the right side wall.

Ken, You will want to check the refrigerator sensor to ensure that the sensor is good. The resistance of the thermistor WR55X10025 should be 5K ohms at 77 degrees, 14.4K ohms at 36 degrees and 42.2K ohms at 0 degrees. If the resistance is not correct then the thermistor would need to be replaced.

Joe, You will want to check to make sure that the damper assembly is not damaged. If the door is staying open then this will cause items in the refrigerator section to freeze. If it is just the milk freezing then you will want to check to make sure that it is not sitting in front of the damper door which would cause freezing issue.

Mike, You will want to remove the rear wall in the freezer compartment and test the defrost thermostat and defrost heater for continuity. If they both check ok then the issue will be the defrost control. The part number for the thermostat is W10854531, heater WPW10316428 and the defrost control WPW10392195.
