John S. September 01, 2011 for Model Number GDS220GOOWW Turning the dishwasher on, it only fills with water. I doesn't start the wash cycle. I had this problem before. Had a repair man out, and he did somethiing with the timer, and the problem was fixed.(Didn't Replace It). We were away on vacation for a month, and he said to make sure there is water in the bottom of the washer if your not going to us the washer for any extended period of time.

Carlos June 21, 2011 for Model Number gsd2200g00bb My dishwasher has power but the timer does not hum or make any sound. could it be the timer or the latch? The machine just stopped in mid cycle while dishes were being washed.
1 Answer Hello Carlos. You will need to test the interlock WD21X10261 and make sure it is good. If so, you may have a bad timer WD21X33639. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
