Clay May 02, 2018 for Model Number GTDP490ED0WS Can I buy this part with a metal shaft? This will be the second time I have replaced this for the same reason.
Annette M. April 19, 2018 for Model Number GTDP490GDWS Is this the correct part for my model? The shaft on my timer is stripped from using pliers when knob broke. Also, is the shaft on this part metal like the original part that comes on dryer? Thank you!
Brent March 30, 2018 for Model Number SA745156A Does part WE4M527 timer dial also control the heat? My dial only works if I push and twist and manipulate and then only for a minute at the most and there is no heat. I assume the failure of the dial also prohibits the heat function.
1 Answer Hello Brent, While this sounds like a bad timer, for a detailed diagnosis we would need to ask you to please post a new question including the verified model number from your units' I.D. tag. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
