Prasan T. October 22, 2012 for Model Number Model# GSD2030ZZ04WW My tenant gave the above mentioned model number. Can you please recommend the part number for the upper and lower rack? Also can you tell me how easy to replace them. I live overseas and I just want to know if my tenant can replace them with minimal knowledge or do I have to call a handyman? Regards, Prasan T.
1 Answer Prasan, the upper rack is part number WD28X31818. You will need to remove the two end caps at the end of each track to remove the existing rack and slide the new rack in. The lower rack is part number WD28X31819, this rack will just slide into place on the bottom tub. Thanks! Read More...

Cliff April 10, 2012 for Model Number gsd680xx02ww Our home still has the orginal GE Pot scrubber 680 installed by the construction co, in 1997. The upper dish rack has a broken, corroded short rail on the left facing the dishwasher and so the plastic small guide that attaches the dishrack to the metal slide has detached itself and the rack droops down on the left side. We have to leave the rack upwared and push it backwards to enable the upper rack to close all the way so we can close almost lock the door. But the model # on my Pot scrubber is not seen in the list of Potscrubber model numbers-- after the GSD680. How do I find the correct dishrack.. or is your part #615 going to fit all GE Potscrubber 680 ? My serial # is GS628551A if that helps at all..Thank you
1 Answer Hi Cliff. The upper dishrack is part # WD28X31818. Includes rollers , spray tower and instructions. The upper rack side rail is part # WD30X98. The inside roller kit is part # WD12X332. The end cap assy. is part # WD12X10304. Thank You. Read More...
Leroy September 20, 2011 for Model Number GSD3230F00WW Upon trying to install the new upper dishwasher rack I received today, I noticed that the rail end caps on each side of the dishwasher must first be removed. Please tell me how to remove these end caps, as there does not appear to be a release of any kind, and I do not want to damage the appliance. Thank you very much.
1 Answer Hello Leroy. The rack ends WD12X10304 have clips in the center of them that need to be released to remove the rack ends. You press in on the clips, and pull the ends out of the rail. Hope this helps. Read More...
Greg July 07, 2011 for Model Number HDA330Y-73WW 1) We ordered the new top rack for our model, it has a center tower that the other rack did not have. Should we use this? 2) Rubber coating on racks corrodes after a couple of years. Can a home owner do anything to prevent/retard this?
1 Answer Hello Greg! Yes, you will need to use the center tower on the new upper dishrack WD28X31818. The dishrack should have came with a set of instructions for installation. Racks can corrode over a period of time if you have hard water or the dishwasher is used quite frequently. You can purchase the corrosion guard TJ901947 repair paint, if the racks start corroding.
