Lisa March 30, 2012 for Model Number WCSR2090DAWW The water doesn't stop filling the washer tub unless I turn it off or turn the knob to the drain/spin cycle. It will not go to the wash cycle at all (not even manually). A repair man told me it was the water level switch. We purchased one and installed it, but it didn't correct the problem. We were then told the switch was defective. Second switch did not fix the problem either. One of your experts told me it sounds like the water inlet valve. Purchased new water inlet valve and installed it, but problem remains. Can you help?
1 Answer Hello Lisa. Check and make sure the pressure switch hose WH41X365 is not cracked or broke. Blow through the hose and make sure the air dome on the side of the tub and the hose are not clogged. It sounds like the hose or the air dome is bad and you will need to replace the hose.
