Tony December 21, 2011 for Model Number wlsr3000g0ww I think I have it narrowed down to the pressure switch but not sure.The water level gets too high. I can blow into the switch and the water will stop.I blew out the hose.I also blew through that thing on the side of the tub where the hose plugs to.Should I be able to blow completely through that or not? I can blow through it that leads me to think that that peice may be bad also.I don't know what it's called but it sends the pressure through the hose to the switch.

Adam October 19, 2011 for Model Number S3700E4WW My washer won't quit filling. Had a very trusted service man come by and said the hose to my pressure switch was stopped up. He blew it out and it worked fine for months. In the last two weeks it has kept filling without shutting off. It drains fine and spins. I blew out the hose the first time and it worked for a couple of weeks now it's doing it again. Should I try and replace just the pressure switch or someone mentioned a timer?

You said it should be AP3995138, but that doesn't appear to support my washer model number. Is this the correct one? AP3419314. Or, will that other one work as well? (it's cheaper, so I'd rather buy it, but not if it won't work). Also, I need a new dial switch for that timer. When I push in on the knob, it just spins freely as opposed to engaging and turning the timer. I have to hold the larger ring in order to turn the dial. What part do I need for that? David August 04, 2011 for Model Number WBSR3140GOWW I checked the water valves. During the first part of the cycle, the water valves work fine (including the cold one). They have 120V going to them when they're open, so they don't seem to be the problem. After that first cycle, the timer just stops. So, I put my meter on the water valve again at that time and got no voltage. But, couldn't this be because the timer isn't sending out a signal? 1 Answer Hello David. Test and see if there is power going to the valve at the rinse cycle. If so, and water does not come in,, replace the water valve WH13X10027. If there is no power there, check and see is the timer is sending out power for the valve on the same wire colors. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
