Hello D.G., You will need to order 4974JA1064B for the rail on the left side and 4974JA1063A for the rail on the right side. I'm sorry but this part 4974JA1063A has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Joel for Model Number Kenmore Refrig 795.51013.011 icemaker

The icemaker on my Kenmore 795.51013.011 side-by-side has stopped working. I don't see anything visibly wrong. There is nothing frozen up or spilling. The water/ice dispenser works fine. It is just that it never does anything to make more cubes (so the bin eventually goes empty)...I don't see the arm attempt to come down (so it never even tries to dump out the cubes and refill the tray). A few times in the past, I have gotten it going again by powering down the fridge for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in (it will then work fine for a couple days before quitting again)...however this isn't doing the trick anymore. Yes, the icemaker switch is turned on. It is plenty cold in the freezer. I believe that the actual icemaker part# is 5989JA1005G? But I am not sure if replacing it will fix the problem; or if my problem is in one of the control boards? I have pulled the icemaker out, but not sure what sort of troubleshooting I can be doing (other than testing continuity of the power switch)? How can I figure out what is going on?

Joel, There will be a test button on the icemaker head. Push this button and see if the icemaker will cycle. If it will not cycle then this will be an issue with the icemaker assembly itself.
