Hi Nick. You need to replace the door latch for it to drain and spin properly. It will not reach high speed spin with the door latch issues. The latch part # is EBF49827801. Check your pump to make sure it is clear. The impeller will spin loose from the shaft and not spin out the water. This part # is 4681EA2001T. Good luck. Thank you.

Hi Many. Is there anything stuck in the front of your tub area? Is there anything stuck in your sump stopping the inner basket from turning? Take the back rotor off, inspect it for cracks in the magnets. The rotor part # is 4413ER1001C. Also check the RPS sensor, this part # is 6501KW2001A. Thank you. Hope this helps.

Hello Stan. Here are some things the manufacture recommends for the code your getting. Hope this helps. The connector (3-pin, male, white) in the MOTOR HARNESS is not connected to the connector (3-pin, female, white) of STATOR ASSEMBLY. • The electric contact between the connectors (3-pin, male, white) in the MOTOR HARNESS and 4-pin, female, white connector in the MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is bad or unstable. • The MOTOR HARNESS between the STATOR ASSEMBLY and MAIN PWB ASSEMBLY is cut (open circuited). • The hall sensor is out of order/defective.
