Stacey, it would be recommended that the door gasket 4986ER0006F be inspected for indications of the spin basket rubbing against it. If there is evidence of this, the spider shaft 4434ER0003C and gasket would need to be replaced.

Hello Barry, really unable to explain that noise, since the washer is still working, since it occurs in the spin cycle it could be failing spin bearings or cracked spinner support, these would not be able to be checked without a complete teardown of the washer tub.

Paulette, if the connector was pulled before pressing the tabs in, it can cause the tabs to not disengage properly. If you press the connection into the stator and then press the tabs, they should clear enough to then pull the wire connection out.
