Brandi May 09, 2024 for Model Number WTW7600XW1 I'm at a loss with this machine. I've replaced everything from the wire harnesses & main panel to replacing the drive shaft, bearings & seal. Both pumps were replaced along with the RPS and stator casing. The only thing left is the actual stator. There is 1 crack in the plastic on the stator but I can't see how this would effect it. I get the F72 error. Nothing is plugged up anyplace. All hoses coming in and out are all clear. Help! I'm about to put this thing to the road and wash my clothes with my vintage wash board ?? 1 Answer Brandi, the spin basket would need to be inspected to identify if wiggling it around will cause it to drop down a little bit. If it does, something is causing it to hang up and the spin basket would need to be removed to identify what may be causing it. If the spin basket does not drop down any, the stator windings would need to be tested for resistance. The windings should measure between 26 to 36 Ohms if the stator has not been damaged. Justin Faltermeier June 27, 2021 I replaced my rotor spline and when I restarted the machine the stator screws was making contact with the vents in the rotor. Now my whole unit has zero power. Could this be the stator?
