Stacey for Model Number WM201OC I have a LG washer that started smoking while on the spin cycle. No noises just smell of smoke and could see smoke inside. Do you know what the Ohms reading for the stator should be, or what the problem could be?
Answer Stacey, it would be recommended that the door gasket 4986ER0006F be inspected for indications of the spin basket rubbing against it.
