1 Answer Hello David, You will need to pull the clip in the front center down to allow you to slide the icemaker assembly DA97-18859A forward, (toward you). Paul July 22, 2017 for Model Number RF23J9011SR/AA Ice maker on my fridge is keep making ice till if fills up ice bucket and freezes up because there is no room for ice. Looks like it's sensor issue, or sensor related electronics. I don't see sensor as a separate part here. I don't what to buy entire ice maker, do you have sense as a separate part here or, maybe ice level control parts that I can buy and replace instead of replacing entire ice maker?

Type 1 or type II Freezer temp is zero, water pressure strong but ice is poorly formed. Possibly heater cycle is too long? Ice is drawn several times daily.
James September 30, 2015 for Model Number RF24FSEDBSR/AA Fan for the ice maker was making loud noise. When it finally failed we now have water dripping from ice maker and "slushy" ice. I'm guessing the ice maker is working or forming ice, but the area the ice is stored is not cold enough and ice melts. Does the icemaker for this model come with a fan that could fail?
