Jose May 14, 2022 for Model Number WF419AAW/XAA 02 Our washer stops at the 8-minute mark and does not go into the final spin. How do I diagnose the problem?
1 Answer Jose, Thanks for the question!!! If a washer will not go into high speed spin, it is likely out of balance or the water has not drained. So you will want to check if your drain pump DC31-00054A has managed to remove all the water. If so check to see if the spin basket is centered in the tub. If the basket moves (not spin but move side to side or up and down) independently inside of the tub you may have a broken spider DC97-15491A. If both the pump and the spider are okay, replace the shock absorbers, two on the front DC66-00470A and two on the rear DC66-00470B. Read More...

Steve Clarke May 04, 2018 for Model Number WF350 ANW Can the drum shaft bearings and seal be accessed without removing the entire drum? I've got a helicopter hiding in my front load Samsung and I'd love to find it without a total and complete tear down. This dude is only 6 years old and sounds like it's ready to take off. My guess is a broken spider. Everything inside is spotless. thanks.
1 Answer Steve, The seal and bearings would need to have the inner tub to be removed to be able to replace them. Read More...

Thomas S. Sr December 21, 2016 for Model Number WF330ANW/XAA Our washer had excessive vibration. We checked drain pump found motor filled with water so we purchased the drain pump from your company. This did not correct the problem. We then purchased four shock absorbers from your company and this did not correct the problem. Can you help us with a solution? Thanks!
1 Answer Thomas, You didn't mention if there were any noises when the washer was spinning. First check to make sure the washer is level, and on solid flooring. Check the balance ring in the front of the tub make sure it's not cracked, chipped or broken. If all's ok, you'll need to check the spin basket and tub bearings for excess wear and tear. Grasp the tub front with your thumbs and press up on the spin basket or balance ring, there should only be a 1/4 inch up and down play in the tub, anything more would indicate a worn out tub bearing, Read More...
