Jose for Model Number WF419AAW/XAA 02 Our washer stops at the 8-minute mark and does not go into the final spin. How do I diagnose the problem?
Answer Jose, Thanks for the question!!! If a washer will not go into high speed spin, it is likely out of balance or the water has not drained. So you will want to check if your drain pump DC31-00054A has managed to remove all the water. If so check to see if the spin basket is centered in the tub. If the basket moves (not spin but move side to side or up and down) independently inside of the tub you may have a broken spider DC97-15491A. If both the pump and the spider are okay, replace the shock absorbers, two on the front DC66-00470A and two on the rear DC66-00470B. Read More...
