Thomas S. Sr for Model Number WF330ANW/XAA Our washer had excessive vibration. We checked drain pump found motor filled with water so we purchased the drain pump from your company. This did not correct the problem. We then purchased four shock absorbers from your company and this did not correct the problem. Can you help us with a solution? Thanks!
Answer Thomas, You didn't mention if there were any noises when the washer was spinning. First check to make sure the washer is level, and on solid flooring. Check the balance ring in the front of the tub make sure it's not cracked, chipped or broken. If all's ok, you'll need to check the spin basket and tub bearings for excess wear and tear. Grasp the tub front with your thumbs and press up on the spin basket or balance ring, there should only be a 1/4 inch up and down play in the tub, anything more would indicate a worn out tub bearing, Read More...
