Tim, First, press and hold the black rubber button on the bottom of the ice maker control head and make sure the ice tray rotates and at least attempts to drop the cubes. Check the ice tray DA63-02284B for cracks. You'll also need to check the ice maker housing / support DA61-02183A for cracks and damage, especially the rear support wall where the tab on the tray catches the tab on the wall to "twist" the tray and drop the cubes. Hi Pam. This meand that the ice maker head that contains the switches contacts that are shorted together and allowing the mold heater to stay activated. You can either replace just the head assy. part # DA97-00258E, or the complete ice maker part # DA97-02203H. Thank You.
