Hello Precious, If you had Freon put in twice it could be overcharged or there is a leak. Freon should not be able to escape the sealed system. The issue could be electrical if there is no leak. An experienced technician should be contacted for a proper diagnosis of the sealed system. A vacuum should be drawn on the sealed system for 30 minutes and the gauges left on the system for an additional 30 minutes to prove there is no leak before a critical charge is installed.

Dakota, This issue does sound like the control board could be the issue. You will want to check to make sure that there is no issue with the defrost cycle not working.

Barbara, You will want to check the evaporator coils in the refrigerator compartment to make sure that they are not impacted with ice. If they are then test the defrost sensor and the defrost heater to make sure that they are good. If these check ok then the main control board would be the issue.

Gary, If you look under the display there should be a slot on either side, you would put a flat blade screwdriver in the slot and pop the panel off.
