Fred, You will want to test the door switches for continuity. The upper and lower one should have continuity with the door open and no continuity with the door closed and the center will show open when door is open and closed when the door is closed and will be the monitor switch.

Roberto, With everything working but not heating you will want to check the magnetron for a resistance of less than 1 ohm. If this checks ok then check the capacitor and the diode. If the resistance of the magnetron is not correct then this will need replaced.

Hello Sealgirl, I"m sorry but appliances go b the model number and part description to locate parts. The markings on the parts are normally just vendor numbers that we cannot cross to anything useful. It does appear that 3405-001034 is listed on the parts list for the model number provided as a normally open switch .

Hello Steve. There are locking tabs on the switches that hold them in the switch holder. You will need to release those tabs and pull on the switch to slide it out of the holder.

Tony, The door switches are checking ok as this is how they work. For the door not latching it would be more likely the spring inside has broken from the latch. The spring part number would be DE61-00048A and the latch is part number DE64-00760A. In order to replace these you would use a putty knife and pop the inner door panel out and you will have access to the latch and spring.
