Tony, The door switches are checking ok as this is how they work. For the door not latching it would be more likely the spring inside has broken from the latch. The spring part number would be DE61-00048A and the latch is part number DE64-00760A. In order to replace these you would use a putty knife and pop the inner door panel out and you will have access to the latch and spring.
