They have cracked again and need to be replaced. Is this a defect with this model? Is there another part that needs to be replaced to avoid this?
1 Answer Hello Michelle, This sounds like something else is going on. I would replace the parts again and make sure to use as little detergent as possible and never rinse the dishes. Scrape off the excess food and leave some food particles on the dishes to occupy the chemical reaction generated by the detergent. This is the most common cause of the deterioration of plastic and rubber parts inside the dishwasher.
