Trent March 16, 2025 for Model Number KDTM354DSS5 Having trouble with sagging top rack that falls forward when the door is opened. Dishwasher itself is level, but there is a lot of play in the top rack adjusters when I lift the top rack manually. Adjusters themselves seem to work fine between positions and not seeing anything broken or missing in the adjusters but perhaps they wear out over time. Is this a sign of bad adjusters, or what else can cause the top rack to sag? Thank you

Jpm April 26, 2022 for Model Number KDFE204EBL1 Sometimes when I load and try to start it will fill with water but won't start running. Sometimes the "Add Dish" light will be on even when completely full. Sometimes it will start on it's own like an hour later, sometimes I need to cancel the wash cycle and restart it 3 or 4 times before it will run as normal. Any help is appreciated.
