Tony, if your unit is being used in Japan or Taiwan you'll use control assembly part number WP9706648. All other international countries uses control assembly part number WP9706651. Thanks!

Richard, If you are getting power to the control assembly but the unit is not turning on and no output then the problem would be caused by a faulty board which would need to be replaced. There should be 120 vac going in and 120 vac going out to the motor and speed control.

Bill, With this issue it sounds like you either have a shorted wire or a bad hall sensor WP9706648. You will want to inspect wiring for cut, broken or loose connections. If the wiring checks ok then the hall effect sensor would be the most likely cause for the failure.
