Hello Jeffery. You will need to check and make sure the seal is installed properly. Otherwise, it will leak from that area.

Hello Nancy, I'm sorry but we will need to ask you to post a new question including the model number from your units' I.D. tag so we can recommend parts that can be guaranteed to work properly on your unit. The number provided is not a valid model number. It sounds like there is an out-of-balance issue which caused the door boot to come loose. This could be as simple as a loose shock or suspension spring or complex as a broken spider support assembly. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

JoJo, when the question of an intermittent door latch operation or error code is posted, we normally do recommend the door strike be checked for alignment to the latch, the latch assembly screws be checked and tightened, and the loading door be checked for proper alignment to the front panel and the opening. But thanks for the reminder.

Hello David. If the leak is coming from the new bellow, then it sounds like the clamps are not installed right on the unit. Also make sure the door glass is clean on the unit or it can cause it to leak.

Dustin, It would be recommended to pull the front panel off and the weight off and make sure that the front drum is not cracked or damaged. Also check to make sure that there is no leak in the water hoses.

I have been noticing for several months that the bottom of the glass on my inner door has been getting really scratched up. Recently after hearing a scratching noise coming from my washing machine I opened the door I saw that the spring clamp (front) was all tangled up in a very thin fleece blanket. A big chunk of the bellow was torn out about the same width of the spring on the clamp in the same area my glass is all scratched up. My duet washer is about 9 years old. Nothing has ever been worked on or replaced in that area. What could have caused this to happen?( I noticed that the edges of the clamp where the spring attaches are very sharp.)

Gallagher, We would need to have the model number of the unit to be able to assist properly with your question. For the spring to be loose it would have had to have gotten caught on something.
