David, You will want to check the wire harness at the top door hinge for loose or damaged connection. Also with the interior light not working it sounds like the unit may be in the sabbath mode in which you will want to try to press the door alarm pad for 3 seconds to restore.

Hello Sue. You will need to get the board to take the code. If you can not get it to take the code, you may need to call a technician to come program it for you. These can sometimes be very hard to get to take the code. The trick is to do it fast and do not pause. If you pause to long, you have to start over programming the unit.

James, Check or replace the WP12956202 Water Tank/Head Assembly. There are reports that the internal bypass mechanism doesn't "seat" or open properly when the filter is changed and the water flow is reduced, if not totally eliminated, and what little bit of water passing through the head assembly causes a humming noise similar to a faulty fill valve.

John, You will want to check the harness at the top of the door at the hinge to make sure that there is not issue with a loose wire or connection and if this checks ok then replace the LV board 67006294.
