My question is does the board also regulate the temperature of the refrigerator and the freezer on the bottom of the frig? Or does is only control the ice maker and water that is dispensed?
1 Answer Cheryl, Yes, the 67006294 Lo Voltage Board does" regulate the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer" as well as control the dispenser operation. So if the display is clicking and flashing, then the lo voltage board is the place to start. However, if the dispenser ice chute door / flapper is opening and closing on it's own,, this is an indication that the circuits of the main control board(Hi Voltage board) in the back of the refrigerator has failed and it will need to be replaced. 1 Answer Rick, You will want to make sure that the dispenser is not in a control lockout state. There should be a unlock button on the unit that you would push and hold for 3 seconds. If this does not correct then the overlay is the most likely cause for the failure. Read More...
Danny November 29, 2015 for Model Number MFI2569VEM1 My door water dispenser quit dispensing water, but dispenses ice. The filter was recently changed out. I changed out the dual water valve thinking there was an issue there, but it made no difference. You can here the valve engage when depressing the dispenser lever, so I'm at a standstill. Help

John July 20, 2015 for Model Number MFI2568AEB Our water/ice dispensing feature no longer worked I ordered a new water solenoid valve and when installing it I checked for voltage coming from the door switch and there was none. I then removed the dispensing unit from the door and checked the micro switch, and that checked out fine. Not too sure where to go to next...I have a background in electricity so this is all very common to me. Seems I lost the control voltage. I assume that comes from the small circuit board? Next occurrence is the fridge does not get cold now....Possibly when I lifted the dispensing unit something loosened from the control board that sets the temp ?? Any help is appreciated

So45auto May 18, 2015 I had the "lights flashing and ice dispenser door flapping" problem, replaced the hv board but the ice maker doesn't work. Repair man replaced the icemaker assembly but still didn't work, so he replaced the hv board with another new board, but still no ice? Help?
