1 Answer Hello Randy, You may want to pull filter out of unit and see if you are getting water with filter out. If you are getting water with filter out then it would be a bad filter. If not then you will want to check the bracket to make sure that the bracket is not broken on the dispenser side. If you use a flat blade screwdriver and slide it into the groover under the bottom of the trim on dispsenser.
