Carroll, To replace the bracket for the dispenser you will need to remove the drip tray. If you look at the bottom of the dispenser cover below where the drip tray is there will be 2 slots that you place a flat blade screwdriver into and pry one side loose at a time. Remove the cover and the bracket is right there to be removed.

Erin, You will want to pull the water filter out and check to see if the water pressure increases. If the pressure increases then you will need to replace the water filter.

Hello Randy, You may want to pull filter out of unit and see if you are getting water with filter out. If you are getting water with filter out then it would be a bad filter. If not then you will want to check the bracket to make sure that the bracket is not broken on the dispenser side. Since you said that it is not making ice or giving water check the filter first and check to make sure water did not get shut off at the back of unit.

Hello John, Before replacing the motor you should check to see if the dispenser bracket is broken. If you use a flat blade screwdriver and slide it into the groover under the bottom of the trim on dispsenser. You can pop the dispenser cover off and look to see if the bracket WP2180226, where the switch is, is broken. If broken then this would be the cause and not the motor.
