Eric October 21, 2017 for Model Number MFW9800TQ0 On rare occasion toward the end of the wash cycle for some reason, the water will not pump out of the machine. I can turn the dial to "Drain/ Spin" and the pump comes on without hesitation and drains all the water. Could this be a problem with the control panel?
1 Answer Hello Eric, You will need to check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked and check the drain pump filter for foreign objects. If this does not correct the issue, the drain pump 280187 may require replacement. Read More...
Deann S October 18, 2015 for Model Number MFW9700SQ1 I start a wash cycle and it will go down to about 19 min left and then code F 02 flashes then Push pause button then start it will continue another couple of minutes and start all over some times I get a sud. Light on after a long fight I can some times get to the end. Some times I switch it to rinse and drain cycle but I am now having problems getting threw that as well. I have checked hose for kinks but it seems fine. Water drains threw hose. Getting very frustrated!!! Please help!!!
1 Answer DeAnn, You will want to check to see if there is anything clogged in the drain pump. The suds typically will be caused by either there being too much detergent used or a pressure switch that is not resetting. Check all the lines and make sure that there are no clogs and check the pressure hose to make sure not clogged. If this checks ok then the pressure switch would most likely be the issue. If the pressure switch checks ok then the control board would need to be replaced. Read More...

Skippy August 18, 2014 for Model Number MFW9800TQ0 H and F flashes. Cleaned hoses and screens for water intake. Cleaned water pump. Found debris, cleaned out and it worked for a couple of loads then repeated H and F. Replaced water pressure switch because I could unplug the washer plug back in and restart and it would continue where it started flashing H and F. It ran through the cycle longer but H and F came back a fter 10 minutes into cycle. Where do I go next? Control panel or where?
1 Answer Skippy, If you've cleaned the hoses and screens you should have good water pressure and flow to the washer. Replacing the pressure switch was the next logical repair. But did you check or replace the air tube WPW10004260 ? Disconnect the tube from the pressure switch, and blow in the end of the hose, and check to see that the hose isn't kinked or twisted, this will usually clear any debris or sediment that may have developed inside the tube and is blocking the air flow to the switch and causing the "FH" error code. If all's OK, then replace the CCU WPW10137702. Read More...
Jeff June 19, 2014 for Model Number MFW9800TQ0 When the washer almost finish down to 1 minute ( rinse & spin ) and keep doing that again and again non stop. What should I do to fix that problem? Is some thing wrong with control panel? thank you!
1 Answer Jeff, The unit cycling down to 1 minute and then continues to do that then you will want to check the drain on the unit for clogs. Check the pressure hose. The best option is to access the tech sheet and run a diagnostic cycle and see if any error codes come up for the unit. This would guide you to what to else to check. Read More...

Tim May 27, 2013 for Model Number MFW9600SQ1 The plastic piece that the metal "cycles" selector knob slides over, has snapped off. The plastic connector piece is considered a part of the larger control electronics board and plastic housing, an expensive part. Is there any way to buy just the plastic selector knob? It is the only grey plastic piece in the entire assembly.
2 Answers Hello Tim! Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer selector switch/shaft available separate from the electronic control WP8182150. Sorry about that! Read More...

Len M February 05, 2013 for Model Number KHWS01PWHO Repair service has replaced CCU, MCB, latch assy., and pump. Washer still stops with code F11. Repair service says their at a loss, don't know what to do. All the orginal parts have been reinstalled. If I tap on the CCU the washer will start. The CCU replacement was from a opened box. Would suspect a defective CCU was installed. What would be the correct CCU for this unit. Thank You
