No power what so ever in the unit, Breakers are fine and never trip. No noise from refrigerator prior to going off, I am now assuming either a fuse/relay/censor or transformer? Jaden R. September 24, 2014 for Model Number JFC 2089HEP The refrigerator temperature will not stay constant. It will fluctuate several times a day from 34°F to 39°F. It used to stay at a constant 38°F. The freezer temperature remains at a constant 0°F. At the same time this started to occur the water dispenser stopped working. I have not yet tried to remedy this other than to attempt to reset the refrigerator temperature to 38°F, but it does not hold.

Ryan September 12, 2014 for Model Number KBLA22KRSS01 Hello, I have the bottom fridge model number KBLA22KRSS with the bottom freezer. For some reason the buttons on the control panel do not adjust when pressed. Not the freezer temp, fridge temp, or any of the others (max cool, door alarm etc). If I unplug the fridge and wait over 5 minutes and then plug in, it shows a higher temp on the panel for both fridge and freezer. It is staying cold but it is not making ice for the past couple days. 1 Answer T, You didn't mention an issue with the refrigerator, but in order to replace the WPW10207861 control/display board : first remove power to the refrigerator, 1. Remove light shield by sliding shield to rear to release cover. 2. Depress with a screw driver through two slots in the front of the light housing release tabs to release Control Board housing (these slots are on the back side of the control "box" near the top of the "box" along the ceiling) 3. Control Board housing will drop down exposing Control Board. 4. Unplug two wire harnesses plugged into the Control Board. 5. Release tabs holding Control Board to housing. Jhm August 25, 2014 for Model Number MFD2561HES Fridg digital control does not change the temp. Fridge portion runs too cold. 37-38. I have changed thermistor for fridge. - cleaned coils- pulled elec plug. Still runs too cold. Freezer portion works-ok -digital control does change temp. All other functions work.
