Jim U for Model Number KBFS25ETSS00 My Kitchen Aid refrigerator control panel buttons are unresponsive when pushed. I only have one green light showing (door alarm- which does work). The freezer shows 3 degrees and the refrigerator shows 38 degrees. Do you think this is a bad control board or the panel with the buttons?
