Hello Dave, the model number you've provided is incomplete. We went ahead and used (RBD275PDB10) to locate the following information (we will need your complete model number to verify this information is the same for your unit). The error code F2- E6 is: A Cancel key drive line open. 1. Make sure the keypad connector is connected firmly. 2. Press cancel, if the error code returns replace the keypad WP8300429. 3. Replace control 8302967. Hope you find this information helpful!

The upper oven, top heating element started to spark last night. The bottom oven seems fine. I know I have to replace the top heating element. Today, the clock is very dim, and I can't see any other numbers (temp etc), though the bottom oven is still functioning fine. Do we have to replace the control panel too or is there a chance there is a fuse that was blown? This is the second control panel we have replaced in 6 years. Sorry if this was a duplicate question, I couldn't tell if it really posted.

Hello Carolyn. For the upper broil element you will want to order WP9760771. If a fuse is blown on this board, then it should not work. Unfortunately you would need to replace the display WPW10438751. This part is on a National Back Order, you can call 877-477-7278 for further details of availability. Thanks!

I've had my built in double oven since July of 2006, last week for the first time I used my self cleaning feature, it still had 1 hr and 15 mins. to go and the circut board fried and everything shut off, the top oven door remained locked, even after it cooled off. Is this common? So I found out a new circut board will cost $250. plus. I can't afford to buy a new circut board everytime I clean my oven. Care manual says not to use oven cleaners in my ovens, so how do I clean them????

1 Answer

Rose, are you sure the circuit board 4448876 "fried" or did it just go blank/dead ? Quite often on this product, the thermal fuse / thermostat open because of a temperature problem. It shuts off power to the control board and everything goes dead WP4450934 and WP4450249 these are "one shot" safety fuses and don't reset. They are located on the back of the oven, so you will need to remove the unit from the wall to check and replace the part if either one is an open circuit. Good Luck and Thanks

Thank you for the quick answer to my last question. Would you say I need the same part for the other half of my question which was, all the push buttons performed ok, except the one's for shutting off the upper and lower ovens. First the upper stopped shutting off and then the bottom one started doing the same thing. I could set the temp, broil etc. The oven worked fine but I had to shut off at breaker box. When it went back on the unit was off and ready to work again if I pushed the on button.

1 Answer

Hello Joann. If the keypad is bad, or has a stuck key, the command will not work to shut off the ovens. It will only recieve one command at a time, so if a button is stuck, it will not shut off. Hope this helps.

I have a double wall unit that I bought in 2004. For the last six months I have not been able to turn the two ovens off. That control doesn't work so I have to go to the main circuit panel box and shut it off that way. All other controls worked. Today the display now shows F5 & E1 for the lower over and F2 & E1 for the upper oven. Now none of the push buttons work at all. The electric control board is not available anymore and the only way for repair is to have it removed, sent out to have it repaired. Please help. I'm desperate.

1 Answer

Hello Tanya. Check and make sure 240 volts is coming to the oven. Then check and see if you have power to the control board. If power is present, then the board is bad. Hope this helps.
