Hello Ace, the code you are gettting is advising you that your keypad is not connected properly. The first step is to make sure you have a firm connection to the control board. The second step is to hit cancel and if the code returns within 60 seconds replace the keypad WP8300440. The third step would be to replace the control board WPW10438751. If you purchased your board from us you have 365 days to return to us no questions asked. Here is a link to our return policy: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/customerservice/returns.aspx . Randy B. for Model Number RBD275PDQ12

We ordered and received the control board for this unit(W10406070) but discovered there are two plugs on the new board that my oven doesn't have, and there are pins for a plug on my old board that don't exist on the new board. The cross reference you provide does not list our model number for that part. Your CSR told me that this board has been through a manufacturing change. Are we going to be able to match my old board? What happens if I try to use the new board that doesn't quite match up?
