Carolyn for Model Number gbd307pds09 The upper oven, top heating element started to spark last night. The bottom oven seems fine. I know I have to replace the top heating element. Today, the clock is very dim, and I can't see any other numbers (temp etc), though the bottom oven is still functioning fine. Do we have to replace the control panel too or is there a chance there is a fuse that was blown? This is the second control panel we have replaced in 6 years. Sorry if this was a duplicate question, I couldn't tell if it really posted.
Answer Hello Carolyn. For the upper broil element you will want to order WP9760771. If a fuse is blown on this board, then it should not work. Unfortunately you would need to replace the display WPW10438751. This part is on a National Back Order, you can call 877-477-7278 for further details of availability. Thanks! Read More...
