Hershey June 03, 2021 for Model Number 665.14793N510 This Stainless steel DW is less than 5 years old and both racks are rusting out badly. I've never seen anything like it. You only offer the stripped racks for sale (with all accessories extra) and do not show how to move all of the accessories from the old to the new one in this video. There are no instructions enclosed with the new part. Are you able to provide instructions on moving all the accessories without breaking them?

Karen September 25, 2020 for Model Number KUDM03FT882 I replaced the upper rack of the dishwasher and discovered that there is a part of the spray arm missing. I don't know the number for this part and can't find it listed anywhere. There is a piece missing from the end of the arm that fits into the hole in the back of the dishwasher.
