Ray, the latch strike 9742722 (no longer available from the manufacturer) should be inspected for any excessive upwards bends, corrected as necessary. From there, the door switch would need to be inspected for any loose connections, broken brackets, and then the most likely issue would be a loose plunger on the microswitches 4318273 in the latch assembly.

Bill for Model Number DU930PWSB0

My dishwasher started on a selected delay setting to run overnight but quit somewhere in mid-cycle leaving a full tub and all buttons on the control panel unresponsive also none will light. I checked the power source and verified proper voltage and ground connection .I would like to check power to the micro switch terminal. What color is the incoming power terminal at the door switch ? I would like to test this hot. Also I would like to prove out the micro switches ( power turned off of course ) for function and continuity are they NO or NC ? I would like to test them before ordering a switch replacement kit from you. Thank you very much for your help. Bill Johnni

Bill, You will want to check the thermal fuse on the unit to make sure that the fuse has continuity. If there is continuity then check to make sure that the door switches have continuity. These are normally open door switches and when you push the button then it will show continuity.

Sue, I can send you a tech sheet and you can test the key switch resistance to see if the control panel is good. If it tests good then the main control needs replaced.

Robert, First check to make sure the selector buttons are properly pressed and locked in place. Check the fill valve and float assembly, the valve could be "dropping out" after the initial fill cycle. If all's OK, replace the timer WP8535371.
